The 2013 Ministry of Health Basic Health Research results for the prevalence of severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, reached around 400,000 people or 1.7 per 1,000 population. The Mayo Clinic and WebMD define schizophrenia as a group of severe brain disorders in which people interpret reality abnormally, unlike people in general. People who experience this will experience several things such as hallucinations, delusions, and disturbances in thinking and behavior. The majority of sufferers experience extreme fear. Usually, this disease begins to appear in young adulthood. Schizophrenia is said to be a chronic condition. Because the sufferer cannot be separated from treatment, they must receive care for the rest of their lives.

Based on this background, CIMSA FK YARSI collaborated with BEM KM YARSI University to hold an Air Campaign regarding the definition and symptoms that can arise when someone experiences Anxiety. It is hoped that by holding this Air Campaign, the general public and members of CIMSA FK YARSI and BEM KM YARSI University can increase their knowledge and concern about psychological issues to reduce the prevalence of mental-emotional disorders.

The commemoration of Mental Health Day on October 10, 2021, by conducting an air campaign in the form of education using infographics via feeds and Instagram stories of CIMSA FK YARSI and YARSI SEHAT MENTAL conducted by members of CIMSA FK YARSI and members of the Ministry of Health BEM KM YARSI University.

The number of likes for the CIMSA FK YARSI’s infographic feeds of Mental Health Day from CIMSA FK YARSI and YARSI University BEM KM members exceeded the minimum target of more than 50 people, with 53 likes on the feeds. The poster on CIMSA FK YARSI's Instastory also got more than the target audience of 100 viewers. These results indicate that the community's knowledge, awareness, and concern and medical students, especially medical students at Yarsi University, on Mental Health Day is increasing.

By carrying out this project, we hope to increase and pay attention to the community regarding issues to reduce the prevalence of mental-emotional disorders.
