December 1st marks the commemoration of World AIDS Day. That is a golden opportunity to unite and take part in HIV/AIDS prevention in Indonesia. With this in mind, SCORA CIMSA FK Unpad held an event called UNCOVER: Our Actions Count for A Better Future for Everyone.

UNCOVER consists of several activities. It began with the first part of the Spotify podcast published on November 14th. In this podcast, a poem titled "To Not Drown and Beyond" was read by Hana Rifda, a member of SCORA. Later on, there is also a discussion titled "To Be a Strong Woman with HIV" with an inspiring HIV activist from IPPI. Ayu Oktariani. The second part of the podcast was published on November 21st, titled "To Stand Still with HIV and Be the Best Version of Yourself," done in collaboration with a notable HIV survivor from Puzzle Indonesia, Iwan Djugo.

On November 28th, a public webinar called "How to Maintain Mental Health during COVID-19 Pandemic and Spread All the Love We Have" was held virtually through Zoom Meeting. We were able to invite a very honorable doctor of Angsamerah Clinic, dr. Ayie Sri Kartika, to share her insight on this particular topic.

We also held focus group discussions. The participants were divided into smaller groups with members of SCORA as their trainers to dive deeper into this issue.

On December 5th, we held a public discussion named "Uncover HIV/AIDS and Health Care System within COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia'' with dr. Santoso Edy Budiono, Sp.KK, FINSDV, FAADV and dr. Bagus Rahmat Prabowo, MscPH as a speaker. The last intervention was closing night. It started with peer counseling for ODHIV, provided by Yayasan AIDS Indonesia, and ended with TADI's exceptional performance. We also have published a video and infographic. Previously, SCORA CIMSA FK Unpad members were trained with extensive information on HIV/AIDS, thus enabling us to have adequate knowledge to prepare for our event.

All in all, we were happy to conclude that UNCOVER has been fruitful in all aspects. We sincerely hope that our activities provided them with the information they sought and spread that information to more people. Education is the best way to prevent HIV/AIDS, and hopefully, UNCOVER reflects that.
