The threat of HIV and AIDS causes sexual behavior and adolescent reproductive health to surface; it is estimated that 20–25% of all HIV infections in the world occur in adolescents. Likewise, the incidence of PMS is highest in adolescents, especially young women. Adolescent girls who actively menstruate every month are also prone to urinary tract infections. The problem of urinary tract infections can affect student learning at school (Nasrudin et al., 2021).

Based on surveys in several countries, it is known that teenagers do not get enough knowledge about what health services are available and how to get them. Teenagers have low access or even no access to proper counseling and care (Kusmiran, 2011). Therefore, SCORA CIMSA FKUMSBY wants to contribute to the immediate environment regarding the importance of reproductive health, diseases, and disorders of the reproductive organs, as well as ways to prevent reproductive diseases for SMA 7 Muhammadiyah Surabaya students.

Indicators of the success of this intervention include increasing the knowledge and awareness of students, especially class X at SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Surabaya, regarding the topic of reproductive health, as assessed by an increase in the final post-test score of 60%, reaching 60% committee participation for each intervention, increased awareness of students, especially in SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Surabaya, regarding the topic of reproductive health.

On January 9, 2023, SCORA CIMSA UM Surabaya held COMDEV SURE Intervention 1 with the theme "Reproductive Health and Diseases Related to Reproductive Health." On this occasion, it consisted of several agenda arrangements, including pre-and post-tests, the presentation of material delivered by OC, namely Arsis Qolbi Mulya Lestari with the title Reproductive Health in General, and the presentation of material by Khairunnisa Nur Ramadhani with the title Communicable Diseases: Sexual. Before delivering the material, some students were asked to repeat the material that had been delivered during bonding. They properly and correctly explained the material and demonstrated what they had obtained at the bonding last September 2022. Students looked very enthusiastic about listening and responding to questions from the instructor. The committee also prepared several rewards intended for students who were active in Materials 1 and 2, during the ice-breaking session, and for students who won quiz contests. Apart from that, there was also a smart quiz on materials related to reproductive health.
