COVID-19 is a disease caused by a virus that emerged in China at the end of 2019 and, to date, has infected more than 113 million people worldwide. This makes the pandemic status still exist until early 2021. In Indonesia, based on data from the Komite Penanganan COVID-19, until February 2021, the number of patients confirmed positive for COVID-19 was 1,263,299. This makes Indonesia the first country with the highest number of positive patients in Southeast Asia. However, since early January 2021, the Government of Indonesia has started a vaccination program to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Until now, there are still many people who do not believe, doubt, worry, and fear the impact and safety of the COVID-19 Vaccine. This is caused by various things, such as the many hoaxes circulating on social media about the COVID-19 Vaccine.

Seeing these conditions, people need to understand the impact and safety of the COVID-19 Vaccine. So, SINOVAC (Sharing Information About COVID-19 Vaccine) is a project from CIMSA UMM to contribute to the success of the government's vaccination program in 2021. Based on the assessment that we have shared previously, more than 80% of respondents are curious about vaccines and are interested in whether CIMSA UMM holds a webinar/talk show that discusses the COVID-19 vaccines.

SINOVAC has six series of activities from Poster and TikTok competition, air campaign, training, live Instagram, webinar, and talk show. Before the project started, we had distributed questionnaires to the general public. This project started on March 22, 2021, by conducting open registration for poster and TikTok competitions, disseminating air campaigns which included feeds, Instagram story, social experiments video, and petitions #IamReadyToBeVaccinated.

Furthermore, on March 27, 2021, we conducted training for members, and on March 28, 2021, we conducted a Live Instagram Talkshow with Prof. dr Zubairi Djoerban Sp.PD-KHOM as representative of Satgas COVID-19 IDI.

The climax is on April 4, 2021, we held a webinar with the speaker, Dr. Siti Nadia Tarmizi, M.Epid as Direktur P2PML Kemenkes. Moreover, to conclude the series of SINOVAC activities, we held a talk show with presenters, namely Firdza Radiany as the initiator @pandemictalks, dr. Frida Neila as the UMM Hospital vaccination team and Natalie Audrey Susanto as HRT SCORP CIMSA.

SINOVAC activities are packed with various creative and informative activities involving the interaction of the general public and resource persons. It is hoped that SINOVAC can become a forum for the general public to better understand all about the COVID-19 Vaccine. Thus, we can work together to get out of this covid-19 pandemic.
