This event is very interesting with a great speaker, dr. Muhammad Luthfi Almanfaluthi, D.T.M.H. (Bangkok), M.C.T.M., PhD (Tropical Medicine) who has many interesting and useful experiences that can be shared with the audience and the moderator is Sabrina Diva Wulandari who is a member of CIMSA UMP.
This year National Doctors Day celebration was held online via Zoom for the first time. But, hopefully this limitation will not become a barrier and reduce the enthusiasm of the audience to the National Doctors Day celebration.
As we all know, the distribution of doctor in Indonesia are not evenly distributed both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are so many problems that cause this to happen, such as security and personal safety guarantees, practice location, salary, etc. In this event we want to educate audience why doctors was still not evenly distributed. That also the reason this event is held, it’s to make audience know about them personaly first especially in medical life, how method when they realy want to be a doctors, what should they do in future if they meet the same problem, and how to be a doctors who have so many useful experience on academic and be able to improve the health standard in Indonesia in the future.
This event also supports the CIMSA Annual Mission Statement, to increase knowledge and awareness of medical students regarding the importance of equal distribution of doctors in Indonesia, either through campaigns or webinar or talkshow. With this event, we hope the audience can get the point why distribution doctors in Indonesia is important things and knowing the way to solve the problem.
