CIMSA UNRI successfully held SECRETORY on Saturday, 9th October 2021 from 13:00 pm – 16.00 pm. This activity was held online via Zoom Meeting due to the COVID – 19 situation that occurred around the world and there is still a prohibition to organize large groups of people to break the chain of spreading the virus.
Burn out is a process experienced a member of the organization who was previously highly committed to the organization from his life in response to the stress experienced at work.
According to Gardjito (1993) the number of people with mental disorders tends to increase, along with the times. The latest data in the health department says there are one to three people with severe mental disorders for every thousand residents. While sufferers of mild mental disorders range from twenty to eighty people every thousand inhabitants.
So, SCOME CIMSA UNRI hold SECRETORY (SCOME Wants To Tell A Story). SECRETORY has goals to explaining the things participants need to know about the learning system at FK UNRI as well as tips and advice on how to learn and organize well. Therefore, it can minimize the number of mental disorders.
Before RISE activities started, there is a training first for all of the committees. This training was conducted on Tuesday, 5th October 2021 at 19.00 pm - 20.30 pm. This training activity was attended by the entire committees (OC) and the material was delivered by one of the Trainers from CIMSA FK UNRI, namely Raihanah Zahroh, from SCOPH. The material presented is Definition, Symptoms, Cause and Effect, and Preventive of Burn Out.
This activity consist of two main parts. The first part was sharing by dr. Rizka Fadilah, Alumni of CIMSA FK UNRI 2014. The topic is about academic side of FK UNRI. The information provided consists of tips for time management, tips for reducing boredom while studying, and how to survive studying at the medical faculty.
The second part was sharing by dr. Christin Fransiska, Alumni of CIMSA FK UNRI 2014. The topic is about organization side of FK UNRI. The information provided is the organization related to the medical faculty, the importance of organization in addition to lectures, tips on time management between lectures and organizations, as well as the speaker’s experience in organizing.
