Medical students are known as long-life learners, which means we will not stop learning by officially becoming doctors. We are obligated to learn things until our last breath since medical-related things will always have updated, so we cannot be left behind. One of the ways that allow us to gain more knowledge is by studying abroad. Studying abroad has many benefits; one is getting to know the difference between the medical education system, curriculum, medical technology, and the culture between Indonesia and another country. Because of their benefits, SCOPE CIMSA Indonesia provides the Exchange Program for all medical students in Indonesia by affiliated with SCOPE IFMSA to learn about other Health professions in another country whose NMOs are also affiliated with IFMSA.

Every year, SCOPE CIMSA FK UIN SH has participated in this exchange program, and for the next batch, there are three outgoings from CIMSA FK UIN SH that will take part in that. Therefore, on Wednesday, December 30th, 2020, SCOPE CIMSA FK UIN SH held an activity called PDT—Pre Departure Training via Zoom Cloud Meeting for CIMSA FK UIN SH's Outgoing Batch 2021/2022.

Pre-Departure Training was an activity in the form of training delivered by Local Exchange Officer for Outgoing, Syifa Hanifa Arisda, as the trainer. The training topic was the administration process before their departure and the things they must complete before starting their Exchange Program. The training was started with a pre-test and followed by the presentation about IFMSA's website and other things they must complete before their departure. The last was closing with a post-test and photo session together.

We also got positive feedback from the participants. By that, we are hoping the activity gives them truly benefits and useful knowledge to help the outgoings during their exchange. Furthermore, all of the outgoings and participants look such enthusiastic during the training.

We look forward to holding the activity again in the following year with the same enthusiasm and more participants.
