LILY (Listening to Lovely Mother) is an event held by DORA MSCIA UB and SCORA CIMSA UNEJ to celebrate World Maternal Mental Health Day. Based on the result of a questionnaire-based assessment distributed to 57 responders, it was found that most of the responders said that they didn’t know what are the things that may trigger antenatal depression and the signs and symptoms that may arise in pregnant women with depression.
LILY is an event which aims to increase participants' (medical students from Medicine Faculty and pregnant womens) knowledge and awareness about maternal mental health. LILY also aims to make the target community a peer educator in educating other pregnant womens and the public regarding maternal mental health.
On May 17th, 2021 until June 6th, 2021, LILY began with a social Media campaign.
Furthermore, there was LPET Pre-Activity about “Addressing Maternal Mental Health Issues and Contraception through Health Promotion and Education” by Nabila Zain Nisa as PETRA MSCIA UB and Sisca Puji Rahayu as PETRA CIMSA UNEJ. In the next series, LILY held an interactive talkshow through Instagram LIVE about “Antenatal Depression” with dr. Nuretha Hevy Purwaningtyas, M.Sc,. Sp.DLP as representative of PKBI.
Lastly, LILY series was closed with a webinar. This event starts with virtual yoga by Hanin Safaringga, A.Md.Keb, CBMT as the Founder of Prenatal Camp and continued with material about “Maternal Depression” by dr. Gina Anindyajati, Sp.KJ as Advisory of Motherhope Indonesia, and the last was a talkshow session with Novi Marthiany Harris as Maternal Depression Survivor from MotherHope Indonesia.
Throughout the series, LILY has gathered 179 participants at the Zoom meeting along with 297 additional viewers on Youtube live streaming. On Instagram LIVE, we gained 169 viewers. The air campaign videos, in cooperation with dr. Hervyasti Purwiandari, Sp.OG from PKBI PIJAR PKBI, received 171 viewers on Instagram, and the Education video on TikTok gained 228 viewers. Podcasts about “The Facts of Postpartum Depression” by Raisa Amalina as PETRA MSCIA UB and Alyssandra Afqorina as PETRA CIMSA UNEJ gained much listeners. LILY also has a twibbon campaign posted by 50 Instagram accounts.
