KLIK EKG
(Keterampilan Klinik EKG)
SCOME CIMSA UNIMAL
In improving medical students' skills, SCOME CIMSA UNIMAL held an activity called KLIK-EKG: Electrocardiography Clinical Skills. This activity aims to improve the abilities and knowledge of medical students about electrocardiography.
This series of activities were carried out for two days, 9-10 January 2021. On January 9, 2021, at 9.30 WIB, we held an event with material exposure about normal ECG. Before giving the material, it was started with a speech by the SCOME CIMSA UNIMAL coach, Local Coordinator, and KLIK EKG Project Officer. Then, after the material's delivery, a group photo was taken with the participants, led by the committee.
Then on January 10, 2021, at 9.30 WIB, we held an event with a material presentation. The material presented on the second day was Pathology EKG material. On the second day, certificates were also given to the speakers and taking photos with the participants. These two days, it was also accompanied by an evaluation in the form of filling out the pre-test and post-test, as well as an evaluation of the events being held. This activity is held virtually through the Zoom Meeting and also through Live Streaming Youtube. This time the event was moderated by Mazaya Putri Amriviana, and the material this time was delivered by dr. Arra M Putra.
We previously shared information about this event by posting posters via Instagram CIMSA UNIMAL and personal social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. This poster distribution was widely distributed the day before the event. The number of participants who attended this event was 120 participants on the first day and 89 participants on the second day.
During this activity, the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in all the activities of the event. We hope that through this activity, participants, especially medical students, can increase their knowledge and understanding of clinical ECG skills, which will later become one of the competencies for general practitioners.
