In Indonesia, cases of violence against women each year increase based on the Annual Note of the National Commission on Violence Against Women 2017-2018. The case violence in 2016 was 259,150 reported cases. In 2017 as many as 348,446 were reported and year-round 2018 recorded 406,178 violent cases. Cases of violence occurred on women and were successfully recorded by the National Commission on Violence Against Women as Komnas Perempuan. This increased case of violence against women is a question of how the State institutions are performing. The purpose and function of the State institutions that become an extension of the government's hand to abuse these violent cases need to be necessary and work hard to resolve women's cases.
In Indonesia, Rape Culture has not even been realized yet widely understood in the community. Rape Culture does not mean to be a culture of rape. However, rape is the term used as a society or environment with a social attitude that considers ordinary or underestimating acts of sexual harassment. (Source: Oxford Dictionary). Rape Culture's problem exists among Indonesian people and is a common problem faced by governments and communities. Even the rape culture problem tends to blame victims of sexual harassment.

Therefore, SCORP and SCORA CIMSA FK Unisba held an activity called INTENTIONAL (International Women's Day Against Rape Culture) in commemorating International Women's Day.

INTENTIONAL was held on Saturday,  March 13th, 2021. This activity aims to have a better understanding of women's rights and increase our awareness of women. This event consists of 2 series of events, which are webinar and a talk show. The webinar takes the topic of rape culture in general, including gender-based violence which for the webinar itself presented by Citra Benazir as Co-director Hollaback!Jakarta and the talk show discussed rape jokes and victim-blaming and shaming, presented by Ira Imelda as the National Steering Board of the Forum Pengada Layanan.
We all hope that with this event, the audience will know, understand, and more aware of women and also be able to educate their environment around them so rape culture will no more exist.
