(Gain Awarness on Non-Communicable Disease)

As a form of commemorating National Health Day and World Diabetes Day. SCOPH CIMSA UGM held GRENADE (Gain Awareness of Non-Communicable Disease). The event, which was held from 29 November - 6 December with the theme "Prevent Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease by Stopping Sedentary Lifestyle".
This commemoration was started by holding a Pre-Project Training which was presented by 2 PHL, namely Kak Sekar and Kak Aline. Where they presented material "Basic Public Health" and "Public Health in Action''. This event was attended by members of the SCOPH CIMSA UGM which is the GRENADE organizing committee and also the new 2020 members. After the training is complete, the participants will upload the learning results by uploading health checks on social media accounts.
The next event which will be held on 30 November - 5 December is the Air Campaign. The Air Campaign itself was attended by more than 250 participants from all over Indonesia with the majority aged 17-35 years. The “volunteers'' are invited to raise awareness about the various challenges that change every day, starting from bingo, counting calories, making “Anti Sedentary Lifestyle” videos, Myth or fact, and also using the “Sedentary Lifestyle” filter that we have created.
Our series of events were closed with a webinar which was held on December 6, 2020. The webinar, which was held through the Zoom Platform, was attended by 281 participants with a dominance of 17-35 years old. This webinar began with a talk show that invited two speakers from the Indonesian Cardiovascular Specialist Doctors Association (PERKI) and also Sardjito Hospital. After the talk show, it continued with a Zumba Online session and also a consultation session with doctors
