Based on the primary data obtained from the questionnaire that has been validated by the RSD team on March 21, 2021, of the 69 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, as many as 68 people (98.6%) are interested in participating in the exchange. However, from 69 respondents too, 64 people (92.8%) of respondents did not know how the flow of the exchange program was. Therefore, according to the results of the questionnaire, 67 out of 69 people (97.1%) of respondents are interested in participating in activities that provide information about exchange programs, and 65 of 69 people (94.2%) of respondents are interested in participating in the exchange fair held by SCOPE and SCORE CIMSA UNAIR.
• Escalate the interest of Faculty of Medicine students from seven universities in Surabaya in participating in student exchange programs.
• Open registration for research-based student exchange opportunities (Research Exchange Program) and clinical-based student exchange (Professional Exchange Program) for the departure period April 2022 - March 2023.
The 2021 Exchange Fair, entitled AURORA, A Wondrous Journey Through Exchange with SCORE and SCOPE CIMSA UNAIR, is organized by SCORE and SCOPE CIMSA UNAIR. AURORA was held online through Zoom meetings, Instagram live, Spotify, and Art steps. AURORA was held from April 16, 2021, to May 1, 2021. Started with a podcast introducing former outgoing SCORE and SCOPE CIMSA UNAIR, which was published on the Spotify platform, then conducted a campaign through CIMSA UNAIR Instagram feeds and Zoom Meeting platform to seven universities in Surabaya. After that, a virtual exhibition was held through Art steps. Training and upgrading were also held for SCORE and SCOPE CIMSA UNAIR members related to Bioethics and Intercultural Learning in Research Exchange and Basic SCOPE Exchange. The closing of Exchange Fair 2021, namely a talk show with SCORE and SCOPE alumnae who are currently studying abroad.
The expected impact of the 2021 AURORA Exchange Fair event is that members' knowledge of Bioethics and Intercultural Learning in Research Exchange and SCOPE and Basic Exchange increases through training, measured through higher pre to post-test scores. In addition, it is hoped that medical students' enthusiasm from 7 medical faculties in Surabaya through talk shows on live Instagram, podcasts on Spotify, Artstep, roadshows, and campaign series on Instagram escalated over three weeks by the number of AF purchases.
From the background of AURORA, the importance of student exchange programs for medical students is supported by primary data obtained from questionnaires validated by RSD team CIMSA UNAIR. The majority (98,6%) of respondents are interested in joining student exchange programs. However, 92,8% of all respondents do not know the student exchange program registration and selection process. Therefore, the implementation of the Exchange Fair 2021 is essential. The series of events given, starting from podcasts, roadshows, virtual exhibitions, member upgrading, and talk shows, is expected to be in line with increasing medical students' interest in participating in student exchange programs.
